This Sunday I begin a new Sunday school series with my teens–“Understanding the overarching storyline of scripture.” As part of the curriculum a developed, I’ve been looking forward to teaching this series for quite sometime. I think the teens will enjoy it. And I think we’ll all learn a lot in the process.

Greetings from Deerfield, IL. This past year has been a busy one with lots of new adventures.
Kirk has just finished his third semester of seminary and will be wrapping up the halfway point in his M.Div. this Spring.
I made this Christmas quiz (styled after the game show Jeopardy) to play with the teens in my Sunday school this morning. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, our church services were canceled today. But in any case, I might as well share it in case any of you might enjoy it.
